I haven't seen a lot of Dirty Pair Flash wallpapers around, so I decided to make one of my own.


So to start off I vectored a scan of User posted image. Then I added some vector grunge brushes I found. The swirls that are behind Kei were made w/ Illustrator & was kinda following this tutorial. I kinda had some fun w/ the swirls(it gives me some good ideas for some new sigs). Anyways, hope you like this wallpaper!
